How it works:

Request to book a Sauna and/or Cold Plunge session and you will receive an email either approving or rescheduling your request. Once approved, you will receive an invoice. Due to the preparation involved, your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment is received, that time slot will be removed from the calendar.
*Please confirm appointment asap to ensure your time slot is not taken. Payment must be recieved a minimum of 2 hours prior to your session.

Contact us for current availability PRIOR to purchasing plan. Membership plans auto-renew weekly until cancelled and cancellation requires 3 days written notice. Unused sessions do not roll over, but plan may be frozen once/membership. No-shows will not be issued refund or credit and may result in temination of membership. Sessions will only be rescheduled at owner's discretion and may be transfered if client is unable to attend.
